Title: SmartBOB-USB plug-in updated to 0.31.147 - for Mach4 Builds 2313 and above

The Mach4Hobby plugin for the SmartBOB-USB family of controllers has been updated to version 0.31.147, released 18 September 2015.  This plug-in tested with Mach4 builds 2313 through 2580, [EDIT: Tested up through 2686] and should work with later builds unless the API is changed.

** PLEASE READ THE RELEASE NOTES !! They contain important information about using these new features and bug fixes.

New features since Version 0.30.136:

    Supports the PMDX-126's "Expanded Inputs" mode, allowing up to 9 inputs.

    Loss of communications with the host will now turn on the Red LED and turn
    off all outputs.

Actually, we've tested this release with Mach4 builds up through 2686.  I will also edit the previous post to reflect that.

Sorry, that was a typo.
