The error message is actually RPM Error is too great.
This can happen because the feedback is not working or because
the measured speed is out of range of what is accepted for
starting a threading cycle. The acceptable range is 50% to 125%
of the speed requested by the S word in your G-code. This still
applies even if you are manually controlling the spindle speed.
