Title: Problem config probe input
Post by: tofo on October 10, 2017, 10:30:20 AM
When I try to configure an input on my PMDX-424 as PROBE1 for Mach4 i got a warning message.
If I try to run probing in Mach4 I got message "ERROR: No contact with probe"

See my config and the warning message in the attached pics.
What have I missed and/or done wrong?
I run Mach4 Version: 4.2.0.3481 and PMDX SmartBOB-USB Plug-In Version: 0.52.254

Use "PROBE", not "PROBE1" in the Mach4 "Inputs Signals" tab.  "PROBE" is not near the "PROBE1", "PROBE2", "PROBE3" lines.  It is up a bit from that, just under "Motor31--".

See the PMDX release notes, section 9, "Probing Features and Restrictions".  The release notes are in in the "Plugins\PMDX-SmartBOB-USB" directory in your Mach4 install directory (usually "C:\Mach4Hobby"), or online at http://www.pmdx.com/PMDX-SmartBOB-USB-Plug-In.
