Title: How to get a hold of support?!?!

I have been emailing support for two weeks to try and get a fix on my spindle control board, and now my 424 is acting up, losing comms on homing.  I sent an initial email on 2/13. with a followup on the 17th, and another today. 

Phone number isn't connecting for me either!

IS ANYONE HOME?!?!?!

Guess not.....  Only interested in taking money for defective products....

Really regretting buying these products... 

Now its the hard decision of dumping PMDX and buying something else, or just buy a new spindle card, with no guarantee that it will work either....
