SmartBOB controllers and dedicated accessories / 424 and 104 Relay board not responding to mach4
« on: May 16, 2017, 01:01:25 PM »
I have a SmartBob 424 installed and using it with the 104 for two sets of 110V relays and using Mach4 Hobby.
I've assigned Output 1 and 2 to Mist M7 (Output1) and Flood M8 (Output2). Each of the relay circuits on the 104 are wired into the 424 including Ground as well as +5V.
When I power up the 424 these relays are closed - powering the circuit but I can't get them to turn off via the software.
Each of the output pins on the 424 is showing approx 3.4v and stays at 3.4v regardless of the Flood and Mist button's state in Mach4.
I've included the Log file for #1 and the Mach4 package as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
Steve
