Thanks..... I Think its dead. New board ordered.

I have a 424, with a 407 attached and a 104 connected, running a CNC Router with Mach 4.

Windows 7
Mach 4 build 4162
WX4.set
PMDX424 RevB PCB
SN 34478 (B1)
Plugin 0.53.263
Bootloader 1.13.73
Firmware 0.60.208

Finishing up a major refurbish / improvement of the machine and today somehow got the board into E-stop, and can't get it to recover.
Powering everything off , waiting and restarting doesn't help... Nor does uninstall / reinstall of Mach 4 or Plugin.
Mach 4 still will not enable and reports: PMDX could not enable the SmartBOB 'error E-Stop active, not allowed'
We have the orange LED briefly lit when powering on, the green LED flashing approx once per second. and the red LED continuously lit.
I upgraded the plug-in and firmware a couple of weeks ago and we've had each axis running individually for testing since then.
Is there a hard reset button on the board?
My machine E-Stop is purely an AC Power cut-off and has never been connected to the 424 E-stop port. The original supplied bridged plug is in the same place its always been at the end of the outputs (J14)?

Hi Steve

Thanks for that.... it's working like a charm.

The assistance from Bob and yourself is much appreciated.

Hi all

I had  spindle speed control via a 407 connected to a Holip brand VFD. VFD died and I bought a Huanyang HY02D223B to replace it. Control port names are completely different so I need some help with connecting back up. Its a router so I only need forward rotation and Mach4 command of rpm.

Previously wired as:  Aref -> +10v,  Aout -> VI,  Agnd -> ACM,  Run -> For,   Com-> Dcm.

Terminals available on the new VFD:
12V out
5V out
5V in
10V in
20mA in
5V F out
GND
FWD
REV
RST
D0+
D1-
D2 JOG
Lk
Lb
Lz

So what goes where??

TIA

Mitch
