Parallel Port breakout boards, motherboards, and dedicated accessories / X axis vibrating when home activated

Tried searching forum first for similar issues with no luck.
Using PMDX 126 and 134 with warp9 ESS for 6 months on Windows 10 with no problems.
Now x axis stepper is vibrating in place and jogging opposite directions sporadically.
Replaced or swapped control cables, stepper and gecko drive.
Updated all drivers and mach 3.
I have attached my XML if it helps.
Would love some help with this.
Maybe you have encountered this problem before? Possibly the Warp9 ESS?
