When the Y axis is slaved is there any special way to set softlimits, they do not seem to be working when a slave motor is configured.

My PMDX-422 is acting very strange when homing with a slave on the Y axis, If I home X first and then the Y, as the Y is moving the X creeps away from home.

I only have one limit switch on the X & Y axis.

Any idea what I have done wrong?
