Just posting some information on my router build that I,m working on. Please let me know what you think good or bad.

Man in the pics is a good friend Danny. He is a great paint and body man as well.
More pics of the base table. Not all done, but all tack up. Need to add cross bracing and mounting tabs ect...

Time to make some mount for my control box. Also need to add the two main I beams to the top of the table were the gantry will run on. I will post more as pics as I get it done.

This is it all setting together. Starting to look right. I beams still need to be cut off and welded down to the table. I will then make and mount the V rails then things should start to move around. The main control box is mounted on the left side and all cable chain supports are done as well. Let me know what you think or option you mat have, enjoy the pics.

Adding the z slider to the main Y cart.. and making a bracket for the limit switch for the Z movement.

Started the belt drive. Cutting, fitting and welded all up.

Belt drive all mocked up on the machine and starting to look as it should.. I hope.
