Simple wire connections to K1 relay on PMDX-126

Very novice here. Just want to connect router to K1 relay. Not concerned about software settings. Just want to know how to physically connect the router to the relay. Which wires go where? Hot, neutral, ground?

The relay connections on the PMDX-126 are for just the contacts of the relay, no power from the board comes out of the connector. You wire it up as if it was a switch controlling external power.
