PMDX-107 + PMDX-126 + ESS : Spindle Relay Question

Hi there,
I have a 107 spindle card installed on 126 breakout board with an ethernet smoothstepper fitted.
I intend to drive a DC motor controller as the spindle; which is a model Sprint 1200.
This spindle drive card is unisolated and takes a 0-10V speed signal, which I've wired up to the 107.
Following the setup procedure in the 107 manual, I've tuned my top speed + checked the 30% speed and all is working well. (Currently the only connections to the spindle are the 0-10V, I have manually been activating the go relays).

I have two 24V relays to wire in still for operation under Mach3. One starts the spindle (Spindle Go Relay - SGR), the other reverse the direction (Spindle Reverse Relay - SRR). I've put config switch 3 in to Run/Dir mode rather than the default FWD/REV.
e.g. for M3 in Mach: SGR = On, SRR = Off
M4 in Mach: SGR = On, SRR = On

These are switched by 24V.
However I've seen the many notices not to connect anything to the isolated output of the 107 card.
e.g. the GND of the 24V relay supply (which supplies lots of other relays too in the machine).

Have you any advice on how I can wire in these two relays SGR / SRR from the COM/Run/Dir outputs on the 107 card?

I am confused about where you saw these notices. Please point me to them
so I can update them if they are ours. Perhaps you are confused by statements
about other signals on the PMDX-126 which do not apply to the PMDX-107 outputs.

The Rev/Dir, Fwd/Run, and COM terminals of the PMDX-107 are electrically
isolated from all other circuits and can be safely used almost anywhere.

You do need to be sure that the 80 milliAmpere current limitation of the
outputs is adequate to control your relays.

I'll check the manual later - I may be under the wrong assumption, but I'll confirm.

Is that 80mA per relay output (Run / Direction)? Or 80mA total for all?

Up to 80 mA at each output simultaneously is allowed. The PMDX-107
is only switching the current, not supplying it.

All working! Thanks for your assistance.
The warnings in the manual referred to the isolated VFD output (which I assume was the first 3 pins of J1, the 0-10V signal and reference).

Wiring in the command GND of the 24V supply to COM on J1, and the respective inputs to the two relays to the other two Run/Dir pins on J1 worked well.
The relays consumed 80mA peak, 60mA continuous each, so all good.
